Martin Family Enterprises, Inc. provides comprehensive loan packaging for SBA and Non-SBA lending.

Our purpose is to provide a third party source to capture the essence of the situation and to conservatively project the future for the client. A well conceived package that makes sense will be well received by the lender and will promote the goals of the client.

Procedure

• Meet with the client...review goals and objectives
• Review financial history and discuss SBA and/or Lender Formage to be completed
• Client completes assigned documents and retrieves additional documentation
• Proformas to be prepared by us
  • Profit & Loss
  • Cash Flow
  • Balance Sheet
• Preparation of Financial Ratios and Graphic presentation
• Review by Martin Family Enterprises and Client
• Final packaging for presentaion
• Presentation to lender
